What payment options are available for the Usersnap subscription?
We accept payments via credit card such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that you do not need a credit card to sign up for a Usersnap trial. For Enterprise plans, we also accept bank transfers for annual plans.
How do AI add-ons work?
Add-ons unlock Channels and Sentiment Sensor on any plan. No base allowance on your plan? An add-on gets you started right away. Already have one? An add-on gives you more capacity on top. Pick the package that fits your workflow: Discovery Lite, VOC Hub, Analysis Engine or E2E Product Intelligence. Unused allowance rolls over and keeps building. Every account can add one package at a time.
Does Usersnap offer customized purchase agreements?
For all self-service plans we offer our standard terms of service.
In case your organization needs specific custom terms, we are happy to offer them in the Enterprise plan. We regularly work with companies from all sizes up to enterprises like Microsoft, Facebook and Canva. In terms of GDPR, we want to reassure you that we are 100% compliant.
What should I do if my organization has no VAT-ID?
If you are a customer from the EU or Northern Ireland, we require a valid VAT number. We apply the reverse charge system and you will not be charged for VAT on your invoice. Unfortunately, we can't offer you an account if your organization is in the EU and you have no valid VAT number. If you set your country outside the EU, you will not be asked for a VAT-ID.
Do you offer discounts for Non-Profit-Organisations?

What are seats?
A seat is a team member who has access to the Usersnap dashboard and can collaborate with other team members. Note that you do not need to be a team member to send feedback via the widget or survey.
What happens when I reach my Channels or Sentiment Sensor limit?
You’ll always see it coming. Your usage bar shows what’s left at any time. Once your monthly allowance is used, new Channels intake and Sentiment Sensor analysis pause. All your processed insights stay available. Processing restarts with new incoming data when your allowance renews. Want continuous coverage? Add an add-on or upgrade your plan anytime.
